Information systems are part of everyday life and is evident from the above photographs that none of us can live without it from swiping at stores. To swiping in at the gym. We make use of information systems to watch television, catching up on our daily shows. The world around us is changing radically. Technology is one of the reasons we have so much power at our fingertips. We can use technology and information systems to positively or negatively impact the world. Information systems have become part of every facet of our lives. Old and young have adapted, forcefully or willingly. This blog will look at information systems and supporting technologies we encounter daily. All about me

Writing about yourself seems to be the most difficult thing under the sun. You know who you are but for some or other reason you cannot put it into words. I am Naeema, a 27 year old female and a grade 5 teacher to the most colourful grade 5 learners with the oldest souls. I have been teaching for the last 4 years. I enjoy working with kids however, I do not see myself doing it for 10 or 20 years. My long term goals require growth, professionally and personally. Information Systems contribute to my long term goals as I will consider it as major come second year. Furthermore, the world seems to be moving towards a technological era that you either adapt to or you will get left behind! I live a very vanilla life and don’t seem to do much. I do not particularly enjoy watching movies as I have the attention span of a gold fish, so give me a series any day preferably sitcoms.
